We are pleased to share the latest progress from our manufacturing yard: a batch of prefabricated steel components ready for shipment to Malaysia.

Every steel member in this project adopts a three-layer professional anti-corrosion coating system that fully complies with international industry standards. The coating system consists of epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate coat, and polyurethane topcoat. 

This complete coating structure forms a robust protective barrier on the steel surface, effectively isolating moisture, salt spray and corrosive substances in tropical marine environments. With this professional anti-corrosion treatment, the steel structure can maintain stable performance and resist rusting for 15 to 20 years under normal service conditions.

Take a look at our internal storage yard. Currently, we hold around 1,500 tons of finished steel products waiting for delivery. These fabricated steel parts are custom-made for different overseas projects and will be shipped to destinations across the globe in the coming weeks.

Our strict anti-corrosion painting process is one of our core quality controls. For projects located in coastal, humid or high-salt areas such as Malaysia, anti-rust treatment is critical to extend the service life of steel warehouses, workshops and livestock buildings. 

Before packaging and shipment, our QC team carries out full inspection of coating thickness, surface adhesion and appearance to guarantee every cargo meets export requirements.
