An urban transportation project required a steel box girder for a new overpass. The structure needed high torsional strength, large span capacity, and precise connection between segments.

We fabricated the steel box girder in segments, including top plates, bottom plates, webs, and internal stiffeners. Each segment was inspected for welding deformation, flatness, and dimensional accuracy before leaving the factory.
