A Philippine industrial client required a multi-bay workshop for metal fabrication, storage, and office support in one compound. The building needed separate functional zones while maintaining overall structural consistency.

We designed a multi-bay heavy steel structure with different load requirements for each zone. The production area used stronger beams and columns, while the office and storage sections adopted more economical but reliable steel systems.
